Euro 2016 gets underway at 8pm tonight with hosts France taking on a resilient Romanian side, who boast the best defensive record from qualifying having only conceded 2 goals. The pressure and expectation to win will way far more heavily on France than Romania tonight and with this in mind Romania will no doubt play with a 4-5-1 formation, try and frustrate the hosts throughout and look to gain any success on the counter attack.

I expect France will not want to over commit themselves either in the early stages of the match and it would not be a surprise if the first half ended goalless, which can be backed at 15/8. Historical data suggests this will be a low scoring encounter with 13 of France's last 15 and 7 of Romania's last eight Euro's matches ending with less than three goals.

Also, Romania are undefeated in their last 16 Euro's matches and taking in to account this, the fact that four of the last six competitive encounters between the team's ended in a draw and with less than 3 goals I think it's more than possible this will occur again so backing or trading the Draw at 9/2 is definitely worth considering.
