The Manchester City juggernaut continued on last night, this time in the first-legs of Champions League Play Offs against Basel in Switzerland. City, comprehensively blitzed Basel winning 4-0 and Gundogan starred on the night with a brace. Spurs faced a real test of their Champions League form and character last night in Turin against Juventus and they came from 2-0 down to earn a 2-2 draw, with star-man Harry Kane leading from the front as always with the third goal to make it 2-1.

Tonight’s Champions League action involves Liverpool, who have travelled to Portugal to face FC Porto, and the blockbuster tie between Real Madrid and PSG at the Santiago Bernabue, Madrid. Liverpool are more than capable of beating Porto FC in their back-yard tonight and I expect they will do so comfortably if all their star players all turn up and perform. The Real Madrid and PSG game is of course the big draw for the competition and Real have the advantage of playing at home but PSG are in great form having won fourteen of their last fifteen matches overall. I think there will be goals in both matches so backing Over 3.5 Goals, or if your searching for better return, backing Both Teams to Score ‘Yes’ and Over 3.5 Goals, are both worth considering.
