Spurs maintained second in the Premier League and closed the gap on Chelsea to seven points yesterday thanks to beating Everton 3-2, and the game was dominated by the two hottest strikers in England at present Kane and Lukaku, who both netted a brace. Manchester City retained third spot yesterday, a point behind Spurs, after a 2-0 win against bottom of the league Sunderland, thanks to goals either side of half-time from Aguero and Sane.
