It was a great week for the experienced veterans on the ATP Tour last week as top-seed Murray aged 29 beat the unseeded Verdasco aged 33 for the Dubai title, the unseeded Sam Querrey aged 29 made up for disappointing on home soil at Memphis and Delray Beach to land the Acapulco title against the odds, beating second seed Nadal aged 30 for the first time in his career. At the time of writing the Sao Paulo final between third seed Cuevas aged 31 (advised 7/1) and second seed Ramos-Vinolas was still due to be contested and hopefully Cuevas can win to make up for the disappointment of my other outright selections losing this week.

The ATP Tour now takes a break until Thursday when the first Masters 1000 Series tournament of the season gets underway in Indian Wells, California USA. Please tune in on Wednesday when I will provide my preview and thoughts on the tournament along with any betting/trading advice.
