Chelsea continued their march to the Premier League title thanks to a last gasp winner from Gary Cahill, while Arsenal’s manager Arsene Wenger’s time in charge moved one step closer to ending after they were thrashed 3-1 at West Brom. The defeat meant the Gunners dropped out of the European places as Manchester United moved up to fifth after beating relegation threatened Middlesbrough 3-1 at the Riverside.

Manchester City and Liverpool held on to third and fourth place respectively after they shared the a point on Sunday and Spurs maintained second place thanks to beating Burnley 2-1 at White Hart Lane. Everton moved level with Arsenal in fifth on 50 points after thrashing relegation threatened Hull 4-0 at Goodison, and star striker Lukaku's brace took him clear at the top of the Premier League goal scorers chart on 21, two clear of the injured Harry Kane.
