Amazing win by Willie in Irish Training Championship

Willie Mullins demonstrated his mastery yet again yesterday when coming from £400,OOO behind at the start of the Punchestown Festival to lift the title by around £100,000.

He achieved this despite Gigginstown removing 60 horses at the beginning of the year.

Nicky Henderson comfortably landed the UK title after dominating the final day of the season at Sandown.

Altior was sensational in landing the Concept Chase and we have to hope that Douvan recovers and the two meet at Cheltenham next year.
