Manchester United Win Europa Cup Manchester United proved to experienced for a young Ajax side in Stockholm last night in the final of the Europa Cup, winning 2-0. In an extremely poor quality match the first goal was always going to be important and fortune continued to smile on the Reds in the competition when an innocuous shot from Paul Pogba was deflected past the Ajax keeper. I never watch united now as they are so so boring but made an exception last night. I wish I had not bothered- they need to spend big in the close season.
