This week’s ATP and WTA tennis action has reached the third round and quarter final stages and if you remembered to follow my usual system advice of opposing the top-five seeds at the ATP and WTA grass court tournaments again this week you will have made further bumper profits. At Halle second seed Thiem (1.14) lost his opening match against Haase in addition to fifth seed Monfils (1.64) yesterday against Gasquet. Top-seed Federer and third seed Nishikori both won yesterday and Nishikori had to come from a set down against Verdasco.
Nishikori (1.26) plays one of my remaining outright selections this week Khachanov (66/1) and hopefully Khachanov will add to the list of giant killers this week. Fourth seed Alexander Zverev (advised as outright selection 13/2) won his opener against Kolshcreiber (advised 20/1) yesterday.
At Queens it was sad to see Murray (1.08) crash out against Australian youngster Thompson, but betting has no room for sentiment and if you followed my proven system you will have cashed in on further big profits again. Second seed Wawrinka (1.55) also crashed out against Stuttgart finalist Lopez, it was even better to see Raonic (1.10) crash out at the first time of asking against Wild Card Kokkinakis and fifth seed Tsonga (1.45) also lost today against Muller who is still on track to win back-to-back grass court titles after winning on Sunday in Holland.
Fourth seed Cilic is still on track to reach Sunday’s final and is second favourite behind sixth seed Dimitrov now, which is a surprise given Dimitrov’s form over the last couple of month and this week. One of my selections last week Medvedev (33/1 ½ odds a place) is worth giving a second chance too as he looks massively over priced from the bottom half of the draw, considering sixth seed Dimitrov and seventh seed Berdych struggled to beat qualifiers Benneteau and Shapovalov yesterday.
On the WTA Tour the top-five seeds at Mallorca and Birmingham also struggled and at Mallorca Pavlyuchenkova (1.55) lost yesterday against Georges, second seed Sevastova (1.44) lot against Lepchenko yesterday, third seed Garcia (1.44) lost against qualifier Cepelova yesterday and fifth seed Bertens (1.68) lost her first round match against Lisicki. At Birmingham there was no top seed, second seed Svitolina (1.44) plays her second round match today against qualifier Giorgi, third seed Cibulkova (1.5) lost against Safarova and fourth seed Konta (1.56) plays today against Vandewhege.
