This week’s ATP tennis action at Hamburg, Gstaad and Atlanta is now down to the quarter finals stage and at Hamburg there are only two seeds left, third seed Khachanov from Russia, who faces Argentinian Delbonis, and sixth seed Schwartzman (1.34) from Argentina faces home hope Florian Mayer and Schwartzman is worth opposing at the odds as Mayer is more than capable of causing the upset.

Lucky Loser Leonardo Mayer from Argentina faces Vesely and Mayer is worth siding with as he leads the head-to-head 4-1, including winning two of their three encounters on clay between 2014 and 2016, and finally Kohlschreiber (5/1) faces another player from Argentina Kicker today and should progress to the semi-finals without too much drama.

At Gstaad the top two seeds Goffin and Bautista Agut are both still in action and they face sixth seed Haase (18/1) and Istomin respectively and the top two seeds are strong favourites to progress given their ranking and they lead the head-to-heads 3-0 and 1-0 respectively. Goffin's three wins came on hard courts between 2013 and 2017 and there last meeting was a very close three setter.

However, the Belgian number ones form has been disappointing since returning from injury losing to Dodig last week, almost losing against Albot ranked 81 this week 2-6 7-6 7-6 and a repeat of that level of form could easily see him lose today. The other two quarter final matches at Gstaad today are between qualifier Hanfmann from Germany and eighth seed Sousa and fourth seed Fognini against the unseeded Gulbis and Fognini is worth opposing as he trails the head-to-head 3-1 including their only meeting on clay.
