Second seed Federer is starting to look like he will meet Nadal in Sunday’s final after coming through his first two matches without too much drama winning both in straight sets. He faces fellow veteran Gasquet for a place in the semis today and with Federer leading the head-to-head 15-2 and Gasquet’s last win coming on clay back ion 2011 its unlikely the Frenchman will cause the upset today. Fourth seed Cilic faces the unseeded Ramos-Vinolas for the sixth time and a place in the semis against Nadal or Dimitrov and the other quarter-final is between 16th seed Del Potro and the unseeded Troicki and Del Potro should win this one as he leads the head-to-head 6-0.
