Premier League Super Sunday lived up to its name with blockbuster clashes involving the leagues top four teams. Spurs fought hard to record their second win of the week at their temporary home Wembley beating Palace 1-0. Manchester City continued their rampant run of form beating Arsenal 3-1 at the Etihad, which was their ninth straight league win, thanks to strikes from de Bruyne, club leading scorer Aguero and second half substitute Jesus. Chelsea continued their good home record against Manchester United holding out for 1-0 win and the match of the day was between Everton and Watford at Goodison.

Watford through away a 2-0 lead and succumbed to the home sides second half three goal comeback, which secured them a valuable three points that also lifted them out of the relegation zone at the expense of West Ham.
