England’s disappointing Ashes tour of Australia continued at the weekend as they let Australia reach 442 for 8 before they declared, they then lost opener Stoneman for 18 and the main disappointment was how they let Australia away with scoring so freely in conditions that were supposed to favour the English bowlers. They way Australia have bowled and England have batted so far suggests this is going to be another comfortable win for the Aussies and if England’s batsmen do collapse then another 5-0 whitewash will definitely be on the cards.
