My friend James Wright and I are touring Ireland this week in James’ mobile home.

We are incorporating watching Bedrock run at the Galway Festival on Monday and Thursday in our itinerary.

Saturday

James picked me up at Dublin Airport at midday.

We drove down to Cork, stopping on the way to make a few shekels on the KSTIPS Member Bet.

Stopped the night at Blarney camp site and had an excellent meal at the nearby Stonedown restaurant.

It rained cats and dogs through the night but it kept neither of us awake after a tiring day.

Sunday

We toured some of the beauty spots in the south west (see Inchydoney Beach above).

Stopped off to back the winning Member Bet Ormesher At Clonakiltey.

James then drove us around most of the Ring of Kerry en route to Galway.

He wasn’t too tired to don his chef’s apron in the evening.
