This week’s ATP Tour tennis action at Montpellier, Sofia and Cordoba is down to the quarter finals stage. At the time of writing there was three quarter final matches known at Montpellier, the all French affair between veterans Tsonga and sixth seed Chardy, Czech veteran Berdych faces Serbian Krajinovic and third seed Shapovalov from Canada faces Frenchman Herbert. It’s also quarter finals day at Sofia and the matches are between Italian Berrettini and Spanish veteran and sixth seed Verdasco, fourth seed Bautista Agut from Spain faces Fucsovics from Hungary, third seed Russian Medvedev plays Klizan from Slovakia and finally, NextGen rising star and second seed Tsitsipas faces French veteran and seventh seed Monfils.
