The top four ATP seeds Pella, Djere, Edmunds and Lajovic at Eastbourne join the action now as the second-round line up was completed yesterday and they are joined by veterans fifth seed Verdasco and sixth seed and Queens finalist Simon who both won their first-round matches. Seventh seed Cecchinato and eighth seed Albot (advised 50/1) both crashed out at the first-round stage.

All eight second round matches are scheduled to be played today at Eastbourne today and with the weather improving and no major rain forecast they should all be completed today. The top two seeds Pella and Djere could both crash out today as they’re outsiders against Fritz and Fabbiano respectively. Third seed Edmunds lines up against compatriot Corrie who is unseeded in an all British clash today.

Fourth seed Lajovic could also lose today if they layers are right against the unseeded veteran American Querrey (advised 25/1) but fifth seed Verdasco and Sixth seed Simon have a better chance of reaching the quarter finals against Lucky Loser Londero and the unseeded Jarry respectively.

Over in Turkey at Antalya defending champion and fifth seed Dzumhur has made a strong start winning his opening two matches and he will next face third seed Aussie Thompson (advised 8/1) in the quarter finals tomorrow. 2018 finalist and second seed Mannarino has also made a winning start reaching the quarter finals and he’s due to face NextGen Italian Sonego who is unseeded this week.

There are four matches due to be played today which will complete the quarter finals line up and top seed Paire opens his campaign against veteran Serb qualifier Troicki and fourth seed Carreno-Busta opens his campaign against German qualifier Krawietz today.
