A nice 28/1 winner to continue our good form of the summer, Joaquin Niemann looks a player to follow closely over the next couple of years.

BMW PGA Championship Wentworth
Now moved to September from May because of the change around of the majors, the course could play much longer if there is inclement weather, although early reports indicate that it should be warm and sunny. Defending champion is Francesco Molinari, who held off Rory McIlroy and the two Scandinavians Lucas Bjerregaard and Alex Noren, both of whom we have given good words to of late.
There is a top-class field assembled once again, with Rory likely to start favourite, but he will have plenty of top-class challengers including Justin Rose, Jon Rahm, Tony Finau, Patrick Reed and Henrik Stenson. Shane Lowry the Open winner also competes as does Tommy Fleetwood who finished second to him at Portrush.

Sanderson Farms Championship Jackson Mississippi
Defending champion is Cameron Champ who won his only event so far, here last year. Once again this is not the strongest of fields, but someone has to win, and we can look at younger players who are in form. It is a fairly flat parkland course where the difficulty is the smallish greens so accuracy with the irons could be paramount.
Previous winners include Ryan Armour, Cody Gribble, Peter Malnati and Nick Taylor, so winners have not been easy to find.
