The 2019 Rugby World Cup action returns this morning and there are two matches between France and USA from Group C and New Zealand and Canada from Group B. This is a good chance for New Zealand and France to give all their squad a chance for another cap and potentially valuable game time if needed later in the tournament and I expect both teams will dominate and run up big scores, which is usually the case when tier one nations play tier two nations.
